A fitness-based approach, originally derived from the Ashtanga practice, Power Yoga is an active and athletic form of yoga, performed through a fast, dynamic, flowing series of poses in sequence. Enhancing stamina, flexibility, posture, and mental focus, power yoga relieves tension and releases toxins. With its emphasis on strength and flexibility, prepare to work hard and work up a sweat.
The class will take place in Meeting Room 2 on the 3rd floor. If your office is on the 3rd floor you can go straight to the room and if not you are welcome to meet the instructor on the 7th floor just before the class starts and go down to the room together.
